About the Role

We are looking for a VP Treasury Management to architect and execute MAKE's global treasury strategy. You will oversee liquidity management, capital structure, FX risk management, and banking partnerships. 

This leadership role is vital for ensuring our cross-border payment flows and creator banking deposits are optimized and highly secure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute MAKE's global treasury, liquidity, and capital management strategy across multiple jurisdictions.

• Manage relationships with tier-1 banking partners, payment networks, and liquidity providers globally.

• Develop and execute robust foreign exchange (FX) risk management and hedging strategies to mitigate currency volatility.

• Oversee safeguard monitoring, regulatory capital requirements, and liquidity buffer optimization for regulated entities.

• Present treasury performance, cash positions, and risk metrics to the executive leadership team and board of directors.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in corporate treasury or capital markets, with a substantial focus inside a high-growth fintech, neobank, or global transaction bank.

• Deep expertise in international cash management, multi-currency flows, FX hedging, and clearing systems.

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements relating to client funds safeguarding and capital adequacy.

• Proven leadership experience with a track record of building institutional-grade treasury frameworks.

• Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or professional certifications like CTP or CFA.

Nice to Have

• Direct experience building or optimizing cross-border payment rails for creators or digital networks.

• Established relationships with global corporate banking institutions.

• Experience with automated Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
