About the Role

We are seeking a Strategy Manager to drive strategic initiatives, corporate development, and market expansion efforts at MAKE. 

Working closely with executive leadership, you will evaluate market trends, identify growth opportunities within the creator economy, and lead high-priority cross-functional projects to scale our platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities, new product lines, and geographic expansions.

• Formulate data-driven strategic frameworks and business cases for critical corporate initiatives.

• Drive cross-functional execution of high-priority strategic projects, coordinating across Product, Finance, Legal, and Compliance.

• Support corporate development activities, including potential strategic partnerships, fundraising preparations, or M&A evaluations.

• Develop executive-level presentations, board materials, and operational dashboards to track company performance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate strategy within a high-growth fintech/tech company.

• Exceptional analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering cross-functional outcomes.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

• Comfortable operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, rapidly shifting startup environment.

Nice to Have

• Deep passion for and understanding of the creator economy, digital media, or Web3 platforms.

• Experience scaling financial products across international markets.

• MBA from a top-tier business school.
