About the Role

We are hiring a Treasury Associate to support our fast-growing treasury and liquidity operations. 

This role focuses on daily cash reconciliations, payment initiation, operational fund movements, and maintaining accurate treasury records to support MAKE's global creator financial platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate daily cash transfers, funding movements, and cross-border bank payments accurately and securely.

• Monitor daily cash balances across all banking networks and flag potential liquidity bottlenecks.

• Assist in compiling daily, weekly, and monthly liquidity reports and cash flow forecasts.

• Maintain comprehensive records of bank account documentation, authorized signers, and treasury transactions.

• Support internal and external audit requests related to treasury balances and operational controls.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking operations, or finance.

• High level of attention to detail and a strong commitment to operational security and internal controls.

• Good understanding of fundamental banking systems, wire transfers, and multi-currency transactions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data manipulation tools.

• Excellent communication skills and capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in a startup, fintech, or fast-growing digital financial platform.

• Familiarity with automated accounting or treasury reporting systems.

• Interest in the creator economy and global cross-border payments.
