About the role:

We are looking for a data-driven and commercially minded Paid Marketing Manager who is passionate about performance marketing and thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment. The ideal candidate is an owner who can balance strategy with hands-on execution, using data to optimise campaigns and drive measurable growth.

In this role, you will own MAKE's paid media strategy across search, social, and display, managing campaigns from planning and budgeting through to optimisation and reporting. You'll work closely with growth, product, and content teams to deliver high-performing campaigns, continuously testing and refining performance to drive customer acquisition, revenue, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own MAKE’s paid media strategy end-to-end — from planning and budgeting to execution, optimisation, and reporting

  • Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, ensuring we’re hitting our CAC, ROAS, and growth targets

  • Work closely with the growth, product, and content teams to align campaigns with product launches, key moments, and our broader GTM strategy

  • Constantly test and iterate on creative, audiences, and bidding strategies to improve performance

  • Build dashboards and reports to track performance, share insights, and inform strategic decisions

  • Manage and optimise our paid media budget, ensuring efficient allocation across channels

  • Over time, play a key role in shaping how MAKE grows its customer base and expands into new markets

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or similar)

  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data, performance metrics, and attribution modelling

  • Experience managing and optimising paid media budgets

  • Test-and-learn mindset — you like running experiments and using data to improve performance

  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS or tech environment

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with growth, content, and product teams

  • Experience in a fast-moving environment where you’ve had to build things from scratch

Nice to have Qualifications:

  • Experience with paid social (TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter)

  • Familiarity with the no-code or automation space

  • Experience with programmatic advertising or display

  • Exposure to marketing mix modelling or advanced attribution
