About the Role

You will work closely with leadership, product, and operations teams to ensure financial accuracy, optimize processes, and support the development of a robust financial infrastructure tailored to a global creator base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

  • Prepare management accounts, financial reports, and performance insights

  • Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including AP/AR, reconciliations, and expenses

  • Ensure accuracy of financial data across multiple entities and currencies

  • Support budgeting and forecasting, working closely with leadership

  • Monitor financial performance vs plan, providing variance analysis and insights

  • Collaborate with Product and Operations on payments flows, reconciliations, and financial data integrity

  • Support audit processes, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting

  •  Improve and automate finance processes, systems, and controls

  •  Assist in implementing and optimizing ERP and financial systems

  •  Partner cross-functionally to support the scaling of financial infrastructure.

Requirements

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

  •  4–6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit

  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP)

  • Experience with month-end close and financial operations

  • Familiarity with multi-entity and multi-currency environments

  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)

  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in fintech, payments, neobanking, or SaaS

  • Exposure to payment flows, reconciliations, or transaction-heavy environments

  • Familiarity with regulatory or compliance frameworks (e.g., EMI/PI)

  •  Experience working in scaling startups or building finance processes from scratch

  • Exposure to FP&A or strategic finance activities
