About the Role
You will work closely with leadership, product, and operations teams to ensure financial accuracy, optimize processes, and support the development of a robust financial infrastructure tailored to a global creator base.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Prepare management accounts, financial reports, and performance insights
Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including AP/AR, reconciliations, and expenses
Ensure accuracy of financial data across multiple entities and currencies
Support budgeting and forecasting, working closely with leadership
Monitor financial performance vs plan, providing variance analysis and insights
Collaborate with Product and Operations on payments flows, reconciliations, and financial data integrity
Support audit processes, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting
Improve and automate finance processes, systems, and controls
Assist in implementing and optimizing ERP and financial systems
Partner cross-functionally to support the scaling of financial infrastructure.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
4–6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or audit
Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP)
Experience with month-end close and financial operations
Familiarity with multi-entity and multi-currency environments
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite)
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, payments, neobanking, or SaaS
Exposure to payment flows, reconciliations, or transaction-heavy environments
Familiarity with regulatory or compliance frameworks (e.g., EMI/PI)
Experience working in scaling startups or building finance processes from scratch
Exposure to FP&A or strategic finance activities
