  • Monitor and analyze changes in financial regulations affecting the creator economy and cross-border transactions.

  • Support the compliance team on AML/KYC policies, licensing requirements, and corporate governance matters.

  • Assist in managing external counsel and responding to regulatory inquiries or consumer disputes.

Requirements

  • JD or LLM from an accredited law school.

  • 2–4 years of experience practicing law, preferably with exposure to fintech, financial services, or a tech startup environment.

  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, payments infrastructure, or cross-border compliance.

  • Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills with high attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience dealing with international banking partners or card networks.

  • Familiarity with intellectual property, digital media law, or creator economy dynamics.

  • Prior experience using legal operations or contract management tools.

  • Professional Growth: Opportunities for career advancement and personal development in a fast-growing company.

  • Inclusive Culture: Be part of a diverse and collaborative team committed to innovation and excellence.

  • Collaborative and Supportive Team: Working with team members that understand the importance of the work you’ll be doing.
