About the Role
We are seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Associate to manage and execute our global vendor payment workflows.
You will be responsible for processing invoices, conducting vendor reconciliations, and ensuring timely disbursements, all while adhering to strong internal controls in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process, code, and upload vendor invoices accurately into our accounting system, ensuring proper authorization.
Prepare and execute weekly payment runs (wires, ACH, cross-border payments) for approval.
Reconcile corporate credit cards and employee expense reports, checking for receipts and policy compliance.
Maintain positive vendor relationships, resolve invoicing discrepancies, and manage AP inquiry pipelines.
Support month-end close by preparing accurate accounts payable aging schedules and expense accruals.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, general accounting, or a bookkeeping/clerical finance role.
Excellent organizational skills with extreme attention to numbers and detail.
Proficiency in spreadsheet applications and modern AP/expense management platforms (e.g., Bill.com, Expensify, NetSuite).
Ability to work effectively under deadlines with a strong adherence to financial protocols.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
Experience operating inside an international startup with multi-currency invoice settlements.
Understanding of basic accounting entry principles (debits/credits, accruals).
Interest in fintech and digital-first financial tools.
