About the role:
We are looking for a strategic and customer-focused Product Marketing Manager who combines strong positioning, messaging, and storytelling skills with a deep understanding of customer needs. The ideal candidate is an owner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate complex products into clear, compelling value propositions.
In this role, you will own how MAKE's products are positioned, messaged, and brought to market. You'll work closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales to develop customer insights, shape messaging and launch campaigns, and create compelling content that supports acquisition, adoption, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Own product positioning and messaging across all customer segments — defining who we’re for, what problems we solve, and how MAKE is uniquely better
Develop deep customer insights through research, interviews, and data to inform messaging, product strategy, and go-to-market decisions
Craft the narratives that power our website, sales collateral, onboarding flows, and launch campaigns
Lead product launches end-to-end — working with Product, Marketing, and Sales to bring new features and capabilities to market
Be the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, and Sales — ensuring alignment on what we’re building and how we’re telling the story
Enable the sales team with clear messaging frameworks, competitive intelligence, and collateral that helps them win
Define and track the metrics that show whether our product marketing is driving awareness, consideration, and conversion
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in product marketing or a closely related field
Strong at crafting clear, compelling messaging and positioning — you understand how to simplify complexity and make it land
Experience conducting customer research and using insights to shape strategy
Experience owning product launches and go-to-market plans
Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Experience in a B2B SaaS or tech company
Experience in a fast-moving environment where you’ve had to be both strategic and hands-on
Nice to have Qualifications:
Experience in the no-code, automation, or developer tools space
Experience with competitive intelligence and market research methodologies
Some experience enabling a sales or partnerships team
Experience using AI to accelerate research, writing, or analysis
